The Chinese use chopsticks as easily and as naturally as Europeans use forks. They are like an extension of a man's fingers, practical adaptations that evolved from the days when man indeed ate with his fingers.

There are different styles of chopsticks. The Chinese variety is blunt on the eating end, while the Japanese prefer those with pointed tips. There are even short lengths for children to use. Chopsticks are made of many materialsivory, plastic, silver, and even jadebut the most common ones are of wood or bamboo. For everyday use, wood, bamboo, or ivory is best. The rental car industry is an important aspect of automobile travel, whose growth has been paralleling or exceeding the growth in air travel. It provides convenience in a transfer between airport and hotel, or in travelling around a city. In the United States, for example, a business travelers flies from Houston to Miami for a four-day sales trip, and rents a car to make numerous sales calls at companies in the area; a family flies from New York to Los Angels for a two-week vacation, and rents a car and drives up the coast to San Francisco, stopping to admire the scenery and visit the tourist attractions along the way.

Large car rental firms have both in-town and suburban locations, but most business is still conducted at airports. The car rental agency has a desk in the baggage claim area of a large airport. When people know they are coming to a city and will need to rent a car, they usually reserve one over the telephone. The car rental agent also receives many calls from travel agents who want to reserve cars for their clients. When customers arrive at the airport and pick up their baggage, they simply walk over to the counter to get the car they have reserved.

The car rental industry is different from other transportation industries in that it gives travelers complete control over their schedules and itineraries. Travelers should be aware that there are certain qualifications they must meet before renting a car. To qualify to rent a car in the United States, clients usually must: have a valid driver's license; be of at least 25 years old; have a major credit card or put down a cash deposit equal to the expected rental amount plus a specified percentage; and be personally responsible.

Rates vary according to the size of the car and do not include gasoline, tax, or charges for extra services. Most American car rental companies charge fees not included in their regular rates for any extra services that they provide such as Drop-off, Gas, Insurance and Lost key.

The mode and standard of transport will also be dictated by these considerations. The resort or destination chosen will depend on the form of relaxation required. For those who want to spend most of the lying on a warm, sunny beach(the sun-sea-sand set),an appropriate coastal resort will be chosen. For those wishing to make several day trips to other towns, cities or events, the choice and quality of the excursions will help to determine the choice of resort.

    (2) Internally, infrastructure construction and management also moved ahead. Additional tourist facilities became operational after completion or renovation. The Travel Service Quality Control Deposit System was implemented to exert more extensive control over the operation of tourist hotels and travel services. Based on local resources and market demand, many local tourism administrative bodies began to upgrade the economic status of tourism, enhance legal construction,  improve physical facilities, increase financial input, strengthen management of scenic areas, ensure visitor safety at attractions, and protect the legitimate rights of tourists. All actions continue to contribute to the development of local tourism in China.
